Rakornas 2026 opportunity to strengthen creative economy: Ministry

  Minister of Creative Economy Teuku Riefky Harsya said the 2026 National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) of the central and regional governments marked a momentum to strengthen regional roles in developing the national creative economy.

“Central and regional synergy is the main foundation for making the creative economy a new engine of national economic growth that starts from the regions,” Harsya said in a press statement received 

Through strong coordination, he stressed, regional creative potential can be optimized to encourage inclusive and sustainable economic growth.

The 2026 Rakornas served as a strategic forum to strengthen policy synergy between the central and regional governments in supporting the implementation of priority programs towards Golden Indonesia 2045.

At the event, the government committed to strengthening cross-sector coordination to ensure the success of various national strategic agendas, including in the fields of the economy, investment, energy, food security, and human resource development.

Through active participation in the Rakornas, the Ministry reaffirmed its commitment to continuously strengthen coordination across levels of government to support the acceleration of national development, particularly in positioning the creative economy as a pillar of growth toward Indonesia becoming an advanced country.

“With the spirit of collaboration built through this Rakornas, we are optimistic that creative economy subsectors in various regions can grow more competitively and deliver real impacts on community welfare,” Harsya said.

The National Coordination Meeting, carried the theme "Synergy of Central and Regional Governments in the Implementation of the President's Strategic Programs Towards Golden Indonesia 2045" and was attended by 4,011 participants from central and local governments.

One of the strategies for the nation's transformation into an advanced and modern country includes the 'Indonesia ASRI' Movement (Safe, Healthy, Clean, and Beautiful).
